New FLA Services and Optimized Website

Microsynth has been active in the field of fragment length analysis (FLA) for more than 20 years and strives to continuously improve its service portfolio. Since recently we can also offer our customers SNaPshot multiplex analysis for SNP genotyping. Another service that is enjoying increasing popularity are fragment length analyses as substitute for manual gel electrophoresis. FLA is far more precise and cost-effective, especially for projects where PCR amplification efficiency needs to be verified for a larger set of samples (e.g. ≥48).
Moreover, as of now we not only accept samples labeled with the dyes in the DS-33 Matrix Standard Kit (Dye Set G5), i.e., 6-FAM, VIC, NED, PET and LIZ. It is now possible to analyze any dye labeled fragments using the size standard and dye set of your choice. Microsynth is flexible enough to adjust its Applied Biosystems 3730xl DNA analyzers to your needs.
